1 General Provisions

af444 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between af444 ("Company", "we", "us") and registered users of the platform ("Member", "you", "your").

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are opened by the same person, household address, IP address or device, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, truthful and accurate information at the time of registration. If any details change, you must notify the af444 support team immediately. af444 reserves the right to close an account where false information is found to have been provided.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. af444 will not be held responsible for any unauthorised use by a third party or unauthorised access to your account.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Payment methods currently accepted at af444 are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit — if you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw to bKash; if via Nagad, to Nagad; and if via Rocket, to Rocket.

3.3 Verification

af444 may request identity verification before processing large withdrawals. af444 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until this process is completed.

3.4 Prohibited Activities

If deposited funds are withdrawn directly without placing any bets, if bonus funds are misused, or if any form of manipulation is attempted, the relevant account and funds will be confiscated.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

af444 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳26,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

af444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.

4.3 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

  • Breach of rules or attempt at fraud.
  • Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts.
  • Requesting a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements.
  • If inaccuracies in account information are proven.

4.4 VIP Program

The af444 VIP program has four tiers. By playing regularly you can move up to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; Platinum — up to 0.8%. Specific terms and conditions apply to each VIP tier.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Fairness

All games available on af444 are operated through recognised game software providers. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to ensure fair play.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes a game result to be displayed incorrectly, af444 reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake. af444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical issues.

5.3 Suspicious Activity

If a member's betting pattern appears unusual or suspicious, af444 may suspend the account pending investigation. The use of bots, automated software or any dishonest method is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Sports Betting

Markets and odds displayed for sports betting are for illustrative purposes only. The outcome of any particular match is not guaranteed. Odds in live betting may change rapidly and af444 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on af444:

  1. Opening an account using a false identity or false age.
  2. Operating multiple accounts for the same person or household.
  3. Misusing bonuses or attempting to hack the system.
  4. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
  5. Harassing or misconduct towards other members.
  6. Copying or unauthorised use of af444's intellectual property.
  7. Any form of fraudulent activity.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and confiscation of funds. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be met before the account is closed. Remaining funds will be returned.

10.2 Closure by af444

In cases of terms violation, fraud or suspicious activity, af444 may close or suspend any account without prior notice. In such cases, bonus funds will be confiscated, however your own deposited principal will be returned (subject to investigation).

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between af444 and the member and supersede all prior discussions, representations or understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered the original document. In the event of any discrepancy with a translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.

12.4 Changes to Terms

af444 may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are significant, reasonable efforts will be made to notify members. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.
